LOTTI JEWELLERY RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Circumstances in which Returns and/or Exchanges are allowed
- We permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:
- 1.1.1.The incorrect product has been delivered to you.
- 1.1.2.The product delivered to you is damaged or defective.
- We permit returns and/or exchanges in the following instances:
- When a Return and/or Exchange needs to be initiated
- Returns and/or exchanges need to be initiated within 48 hours of the product having been delivered to you.
- The choices you have upon Returning the Product
- When a product is returned to us you can:
- 3.1.1.Have the product replaced/exchanged.
- When a product is returned to us you can:

- All returns and/or exchanges shall be initiated by means of an email sent to info@lottijewellery.co.za setting out:
- 4.1.1.the reason for the return.
- 4.1.2.if you would like the product to be collected, the address from where the product needs to be collected from.

- Condition of the Product Returned
- In returning an incorrect product to us, the following shall apply. The product needs to be:
- 5.1.1.Undamaged.
- 5.1.2.Unused.
- 5.1.3.In the original packaging.
- 5.1.4.Packaged and wrapped correctly and safely by you.
- In returning a defective/damaged product to us, the following shall apply. The product needs to be:
- 5.2.1.Unused.
- 5.2.2.In the original packaging.
- 5.2.3.Packaged and wrapped correctly and safely by you.
- In returning an incorrect product to us, the following shall apply. The product needs to be:
- Manner of Return for incorrect/defective/damaged Products
- We will send a courier to your address to collect the product.
- What will happen once a Product is returned
- Once returned, and subject to a product inspection, you will be given the option to replace the product.
- Product Inspection
- Once returned, and prior to accepting such return, we will be permitted to inspect the product.
- Should the product in our reasonable discretion not be suited to be returned, we shall not be obliged to accept such return.
- Excluded Products
- The following product(s) shall be excluded entirely from the above return policy:
- 9.1.1.Custom-made items. These cannot be returned, refunded or replaced due to their bespoke nature. Before we start working on designs, we will email Clients our Terms of Engagment to sign. This will include all relevant information pertaining to our Refunds and Return policy on custom-made items.
- 9.1.2.Items from our collections, that have been made to size or bespoke specifications. We cannot be held liable if a Client provides an incorrect jewellery size, or the jewellery does not fit it’s intended recipient, which fault cannot be attributed to LOTTI Jewellery. Upon the Client’s request for a jewellery resize, we will provide an assesment whether resizing is possible and additional costs will apply.
